Since 1976, the Community Theatre League (CTL) provides diverse, quality, live entertainment with approximately thirty weekends of events annually. Located in the McDade Trade and Transit Centre, CTL offers something for everyone with its selection of comedies, dramas, farces, large and small-scale musicals, reader’s theatre, summer theatre camps and workshops, SPROUTS theatre for children productions. CTL also hosts a variety of concerts featuring celtic, jazz, barbershop, bluegrass, country music and more. The theatre is also designed to accommodate business rentals and seminars with a state-of-the- art sound and projection system. The Community Theatre League is a not for profit, volunteer-based theatre organization whose mission is to develop, promote, and present quality, diverse, and affordable live theatre for the enrichment, education, and entertainment of the participants and the community.
